In this role, you will showcase products, demonstrate key features, answer questions in real time, and drive customer engagement to increase sales. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, passionate about sales, and enjoys building authentic connections with online audiences.
- Host live-streaming sessions to showcase and sell products on e-commerce platforms.
- Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Interact with the live audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community during streams.
- Create an energetic and entertaining environment that attracts and retains viewers.
- Meet sales goals and track performance metrics for each live-streaming session.
- Ensure high-quality live streams by setting up appropriate lighting, camera angles, and audio before sessions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in live streaming and e-commerce to continuously improve performance.
- Content creation, planning, and promotional strategies for upcoming live streams.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live-streaming schedules.
- Able to effectively communicate and report to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Sales and TikTok experience preferred: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with streetwear trends and cartoon/anime-inspired apparel is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with viewers.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
- Ability to multitask and handle real-time interactions while demonstrating products effectively.
- Basic knowledge of live-streaming platforms and social media tools is a plus.
- Must be proactive, creative, and adaptable to changing scenarios during live broadcasts.
