Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, for a Therapist. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include assessing client needs, keeping detailed and accurate records, and supporting clients in achieving their personal recovery goals. The role also involves regular communication with families and coordinating with external professionals when necessary.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in therapeutic modalities, counseling, and providing mental health support
- Strong ability to create personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide appropriate interventions
- Effective communication and active listening skills to collaborate with clients, families, and professionals
- Ability to perform comprehensive documentation and maintain accurate client records
- Experience with mental health conditions such as addiction, PTSD, and trauma is highly beneficial
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Georgia is required
- Demonstrated commitment to patient confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism
