- Assist clients with order processing, including cash handling and transaction management when necessary

Experience
- Previous metal industry sales experience is highly preferred
- Proven track record in customer support or client services roles demonstrating strong communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, especially fluency in English and other languages
- Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills required for daily task
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service best practices, and effective follow-up strategies
