Sales Arborist

This role goes beyond sales you’ll become a trusted advisor, combining plant knowledge with relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with residential & commercial clients
• Assess tree/shrub health and recommend solutions
• Manage and grow your own client base
• Partner with operations to deliver excellent service
• Continuously expand your expertise

What We’re Looking For

• Background in tree care, landscaping, horticulture, or sales (training provided)
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven
• Strong communicator with a professional presence
• Curious, trustworthy, and relationship-focused

• NY Category 3A License
• CT Arborist License
• CT Ornamental & Turf License
