Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while efficiently handling various towing and roadside assistance tasks. This role requires a combination of driving expertise, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. We also have 1 spot open for a CDL driver.

Duties
- Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently to transport disabled or damaged vehicles.
- Perform vehicle recovery operations, including loading and unloading vehicles.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and the towing process.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including vehicle details and incident reports.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a tow truck driver is preferred but training is available on site
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on towing equipment.
- Ability to work rotating nights & weekends on call shifts.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics to identify issues before towing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Must pass required WSP/JBLM background check to service our Police & Government contracts.
- Must live locally (within 15 min from our office location)
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy loads, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
