Clinical Lead

Position Qualifications:

• Skill in providing counseling/talk therapy by established standards of care, customer service, and support skills.
• Ability to successfully counsel patients to improve mental and behavioral health.
• Work with physicians, mid-levels, and other members of medical care teams to evaluate and develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Successfully refer patients to mental health specialists and other community resources as needed.
• Interact professionally and appropriately with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, ethnic, and professional backgrounds.
• Work effectively with managers, coworkers, and members of public and professional groups to coordinate activities and projects.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely with team members and clients.
• Be flexible to shift priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow Emerald Therapy Center, LLC's clinical practice guidelines and all applicable policies.
• Be available to accept new assignments as needed.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage Licensed Staff to meet quality and quantity KPIs
• Provide Supervision through Treatment Teams/ Clinical Staffing
• Oversee Clinical Programming provided at a specific site/location. 
• Ensure services provided are medically necessary and evidence-based.
• Coordinate care with other service providers as appropriate.
• Participate in case of consultation as clinically indicated.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active UNRESTRICTED Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials: 

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor – LMHC, LCMHC
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, LICSW
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT
• Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC, LPCC, LCPC
• Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP, or 
• Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Kentucky
