Job Summary
We are currently seeking two skilled Client Care Representatives for our Information Age Park location in Paducah, KY. This role serves as a crucial link between patients and the care team. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments according to established protocols, communicating with staff and patients via phone, email, and instant messenger, and offering support to patients and their families to ensure they receive the care they need.
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, patient, compassionate, and capable of providing an excellent customer service experience—qualities essential for building strong relationships with our patients. The ideal candidate can remain calm under pressure, multitask, and problem-solve during challenging situations, including emergent crises such as when a patient expresses suicidal intent. The right person must be able to set boundaries, follow HIPAA and established protocols, and interact in a professional, composed manner at all times.
A strong team spirit, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Candidates must have reliable attendance and be able to work on-site in Paducah, KY, with occasional work-from-home opportunities.
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $15/hr

Qualifications
