As the Client Sales Associate, you will represent one of our leading home improvement partners, helping homeowners connect with trusted services that improve the comfort, functionality, and value of their homes.

Your Daily Impact as the Client Sales Associate:
- Connect with customers to understand their home improvement needs, ranging from energy efficiency upgrades to larger renovation projects.
- Recommend services that align with each customer’s goals, budget, and timeline, ensuring clarity and confidence in every decision.
- Act as the primary point of contact, guiding homeowners through the sales process and building long-term relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities in local communities, positioning our home improvement client as the go-to resource for quality service.
- Consistently work to achieve and exceed sales targets, helping more homeowners access the improvements they need.
- Use CRM tools to track sales orders, customer interactions, manage leads, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on industry trends, service offerings, and best practices in home improvement sales.
Our Ideal Teammate:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles. Home improvement experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to simplify complex services and build trust quickly.
