The Machine Operator III is a senior-level performs complex machine operations with a high degree of technical skills including complex setups and adjustments, quality control, real time optimization, routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and component identification. Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work with hand tools. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Schedule & Budgeted HoursShift Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMArrival Expectation: Operators are expected to arrive by 5:45 AM to allow 15 minutes for equipment setup before production begins.Paid Hours Per Day: 8.75 hours (includes one 30‑minute unpaid meal break).Overtime: May be required based on production needs, compensated in accordance with California labor law.BreaksMeal Break: One 30‑minute unpaid meal break, typically scheduled around 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM.Rest Breaks: Two paid 10‑minute rest breaks per shift, in compliance with California labor law.Budgeted Weekly Hours: 43.75 hours (5 shifts × 8.75 hours).Overtime: May be required based on production needs, compensated in accordance with California labor law.
