- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules and inventory targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies; oversee supplier audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in contract manufacturing or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Proven negotiation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
