We’re looking for a mid-to-senior IT Specialist who can bridge infrastructure system administration with Salesforce AI optimization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight to help scale systems, streamline operations, and drive data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and improve IT infrastructure (servers, cloud, networking, security).
- Lead Salesforce development, automation, and integrations.
- Build centralized dashboards and integrate data (Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Partner with leadership to define IT strategy, investments, and growth roadmaps.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols, access controls, and proactive monitoring.
- Manage technology lifecycle: devices, software onboarding, and user provisioning.
- Champion AI-driven innovation (Microsoft CoPilot, automation tools, emerging tech).
- 5–8 years in system administration & infrastructure support.
- Experience with Salesforce administration & automation.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (PowerBI or similar).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
