Hi Lo / Machine Operator
Emerald, a growing steel processor in Madison Heights, is hiring full-time Machine Operators / Hi Lo Drivers. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong attendance record
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- Overhead crane, forklift, furnace, or draw block experience is a plus
- Ability to follow quality and safety standards in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work any shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Come to work everyday
- Operate machinery and equipment to support material handling and production
- Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently
