As the Accounting Clerk you will assist the finance department with vendor and employee management, including making payments and overseeing invoices while maintaining general bookkeeping duties. We're looking for amazing attention to details, the ability to remain focus and complete necessary bookkeeping duties within required timelines, and someone who can professionally interact with a variety of employees and successfully work within a team environment.
Regular responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- assist finance team with payroll administration
- assist finance team with general bookkeeping
- manage monthy timecards
- manage employee sales logs and commission
- manage cash and use of company credit cards
- code all expenses to ensure accurate budgeting
- process/pay all weekly invoices
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient with Bookkeeping principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- College degree or certificate within associated field
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to focus attention with strong attention to detail
- Ability to occassionally lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, talk, sit, hear and use repetitive motion of hands/wrist
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Parking!
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
