Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs
- Conduct inspections and present solutions
- Deliver professional, persuasive sales presentations
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication
- Close deals efficiently and consistently
- Manage projects from contract to completion (as needed)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing sales (REQUIRED)
- Strong closing ability with a track record of results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven by commission-based income
- Ability to manage time and pipeline independently
- Valid driver’s license
