Job Title : Web Developer
Location : Wadsworth, OH
Type : Full-Time (Hybrid-3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000

We are expanding our software development capabilities and are looking for individuals who embody qualities such as empathy, passion, humor, strong communication, problem-solving, and a fascination with emerging technology. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in an Agile development environment, participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, and build quality software solutions.

As our Web Developer, you will :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
- Manage individual project priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

- Create solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Analyze user needs and align them with business goals.
What We're Looking For :

Desired Software Proficiency :
You should have a working knowledge of Open Source technologies, including Open Source, Pearl, JavaScript, Java, and Web API. Experience with RDBMS like MySQL and PostgreSQL is essential, and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Vue.JS, Angular 2 , CSS, and HTML5 is also important. Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting scalable and resilient software is highly valued.
