Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Property Manager based in Bethlehem, PA, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Assistant Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage tenant relations to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting lease administration, preparing reports, conducting property inspections, and assisting in budgeting and cost control. The role requires close collaboration with the Property Management team to achieve operational and financial goals for managed properties.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Lease Administration experience
- Organizational, Time Management, and Multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Cost Control
- Problem-Solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in commercial property management is a plus
