Shape the marketing strategy for one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier gaming and entertainment destinations. The Senior Marketing Director leads the development of bold, data-driven strategies that build brand awareness, deepen guest engagement, strengthen customer retention, and drive revenue growth. This role oversees casino marketing operations and partners across the organization to connect brand, media, promotions, player development, and guest insights into a unified strategy that moves the business forward.

Essential Functions
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Marketing department, including strategic direction, team member development, performance management, department policies, procedures, standards, training, compliance, and superior guest service expectations.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, design and present a detailed annual marketing plan, support research and development programs to grow market share, and identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee advertising and media strategy across direct mail, radio, television, print, publications, billboards, social media, digital media platforms, and promotional media items, including selecting and negotiating media to ensure profitability, optimize budgeted funds, and support long-term contracts.
• Oversee the player tracking system, analyze target market information, establish KPIs, review campaign results and return on investment, optimize marketing performance, and provide corrective action solutions for underperforming activity.
• Communicate strategy, events, promotions, campaign outcomes, and key metrics to large groups and executive leadership; serve as a primary liaison with key partners and vendors; cultivate relationships with clients, businesses, and outside advertising agencies; preserve and promote tribal identity and culture; protect the confidentiality of all Casino business information; and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Ten years of progressive marketing experience creating, delivering, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Five years of executive leadership experience with marketing teams.
PREFERRED
- Gaming experience
- Experience working with tribal entities
- Additional education/experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.

This individual is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage budgets, lead teams, prioritize competing deadlines, maintain meticulous records, protect confidential information, and represent EQC with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong commitment to guest service.

Additional Requirements:
Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which may require this position to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
