About the Position
As a vital member of our front office team, you’ll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. You’ll help create a smooth and welcoming experience by handling all aspects of scheduling, communication, and coordination of patient care.
Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and confirming upcoming visits
- Managing patient communications, emails, and voicemails
- Collecting payments, posting charges, and balancing daily reports
- Verifying and entering patient information accurately
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting patient comfort
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front desk setting (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and benefits is a plus
- Insurance experience will be recognized with higher pay based on skill and accuracy
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling software
