The Verizon Management Trainee works directly with customers, helping establish new Verizon accounts and supporting the experience from initial consultation through sales and enrollment. You'll learn how to assess account needs, train new team members to help the sales cycle, and help manage backend operations.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Management Trainee:
- Build professional customer relationships by asking thoughtful questions and providing knowledgeable sales recommendations.
- Help manage / oversee a small sales team and help onboard and train new team members.
- Manage account details throughout the sales and enrollment process, ensuring customer information and service selections remain accurate.
- Address questions and concerns that could prevent an account from moving forward while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Review individual sales performance with leadership and identify opportunities to become more effective as a Verizon Management Trainee.
Qualifications of the Verizon Management Trainee:
