As an official partner of Verizon, our Customer Success Associate team helps bridge cutting-edge technology with real community needs.
The Customer Success Associate role is ideal for someone who loves meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in sales and customer engagement. In this position, you won't be stuck behind a desk, our Customer Success Associate team is out in the field, speaking with customers, answering questions, and helping them select the best Verizon Fios sales solutions.
Please note: This is a commission-based opportunity. Your drive and motivation directly determine your success as a Customer Success Associate.
What a Customer Success Associate Does
- Engage with customers directly to initiate sales conversations and build rapport.
- Present and sell Verizon Fios fiber-optic services (Internet, TV, and Phone).
- Guide customers through signing up, closing sales with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Verizon products to answer inquiries confidently.
- Take ownership of your assigned area to maximize customer acquisition.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales data to track performance and trends.
- Brainstorm with the team during meetings to share sales strategies and success stories.
- Represent Verizon with the utmost professionalism and positive energy.
