Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. Guaranteed Raise: Move to $20.00/hr after just 2 months of reliable performance.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
Steady Hours: Expect 40–60 hours per week during peak season (Summer/Fall).
The Work: Mowing, trimming, planting, and general property maintenance.
Training: We provide all equipment and training no prior experience required, just a strong work ethic!
Schedule: 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed
Salary : $18 - $22
