RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
- Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff
Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
