Emerald Magic Lawn Care Inc. is looking for a Lawn Seeding Technician to join our Seed Crew. We are seeking a positive, ambitious, highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lawn care, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management—or for the right person who is eager to learn and build a career in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Perform professional lawn seeding and turf renovation services
• Prepare lawns and properties for successful seed establishment
• Operate and maintain seeding and lawn care equipment
• Apply seed, soil amendments, and related products according to company standards
• Work as part of a professional production team
• Provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Follow company safety procedures and best management practices
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Help deliver the high-quality results Emerald Magic is known for

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Highly motivated and dependable self-starter
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, or turf management is a plus
• Knowledge of lawn seeding and turf renovation is preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Industry certifications are a plus
• Verifiable industry references are a plus
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be physically capable of performing the duties required of the position

Compensation will be based on your skills, prior industry experience, certifications, and overall qualifications, as well as your ability and desire to contribute to the continued success and growth of Emerald Magic Lawn Care Inc.
