Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Provide product and service information to customers to promote understanding and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy work environment.
