What You’ll Do
As a member of our Top-Dressing Crew, you’ll:
- Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently
- Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments
- Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases
- Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care
- Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions
- Upsell additional services to existing and new customers
- Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns onsite

Pay & Position Details
- Hourly wage: $18 – $20.00 (based on experience)
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Year-round work, including winter season opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- At least 21 years old (required to drive company vehicles)
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates
