Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update electronic and paper medical records
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient information
- Process requests for medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist providers and staff with retrieving and documenting patient information
- Verify patient data, correct discrepancies, and support chart audits
- Coordinate with insurance companies, labs, and other healthcare facilities as needed
