Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management Team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a broad range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-Level Executives and physicians.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in managing office operations and special projects.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming mail and communications.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
