Cultivation Technician - MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD, GOOD WORK ETHIC, SOUND JUDGEMENT

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician (entry level) to join our cannabis cultivation team in South Chicago Heights, IL. This position supports daily plant care and cultivation operations in a regulated, fast-paced indoor cultivation facility. No cannabis experience needed. We hire attitude first, skills second.

Key Responsibilities

• Tend plants, clean rooms, haul bins, harvest trim
• Follow instructions from cultivation leads
• Keep the facility spotless and compliant
• Perform repetitive work with accuracy and urgency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Illinois Cannabis Agent Badge

Schedule

• Full Time Monday-Friday
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
