Duties
- Assist with plant watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting to promote healthy growth
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal moisture levels for plants
- Perform routine greenhouse and outdoor plant care tasks, including transplanting and staking
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for various maintenance activities
- Identify different plant strains and recognize signs of pests or diseases for early intervention
- Support with general labor tasks such as heavy lifting, cleaning, and organizing supplies
- Maintain accurate records of plant growth stages, treatments, and environmental conditions
Requirements
- Prior experience in horticulture, farming, landscaping, or related outdoor work preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors and indoors
- Familiarity with gardening tools, basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with land management equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently
- Enthusiasm for learning about cannabis cultivation and commitment to quality standards
