Budtender/Sales Associate

Emerald Fire Farms and Provisioning Center is looking for driven budtenders who are passionate about helping people use cannabis. Our team combined has decades of experience in the caregiver and cannabis industry, which has allowed us to craft a comfortable atmosphere with high quality products that budtenders enjoy selling and customers enjoy buying!

Experience: Retail Associate & Cash Handling (1 year REQUIRED)

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts (10-8PM/12-8PM)
Must be available Weekends & Holidays
Location: Coleman, MI
Skills:

• Experience as a Retail Sales Representative/Associate or similar role. (Cannabis retail experience preferred)
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Knowledge of POS systems/METRC
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Effective communication skills and an ability to build relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Answering customer questions regarding different strains and forms of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and different methods of consumption
• Creating a comfortable and educational environment for customers
• Answering phone calls, fulfilling online orders
• Ensure compliance in all customer transactions
• Running a POS System and Cash register
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
• Assist with opening/closing the store and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a minimum of 1 YEAR Retail Associate/Representative Experience

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
