Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent for Arizona.
Will work under the direction of the Right-of-Way Lead or Supervisor. Responsible for executing the right-of-way process for projects in the right-of-way and real estate acquisitions. Handles negotiations with landowners (or their designees) and/or the settlement of damage claims with landowners (or their designees) relative to property damage caused or created. Knowledgeable of documents for right of-way and real estate acquisitions.

- ySupport damage claims and provide construction/field liaison support to prevent delay
- sCoordinate with internal Title/Permitting/GIS resources; provide timely updates, issue logs, and recommendation
