What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Engage directly with customers to sell AT&T Fiber services while modeling best practices for your team
- Lead by example in customer-facing sales environments, demonstrating professionalism, communication skills, and problem-solving
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members, helping them develop confidence and product knowledge
- Track team performance, individual results, and key metrics to support operational and sales goals
- Support daily operational tasks, scheduling, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Help maintain brand standards, compliance, and professionalism during all field activities
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives, offering insights from on-the-ground experience
- Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in a performance-driven role where your effort directly impacts results
