Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Executive. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with end users and distribution partners and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Additional responsibilities include presenting and promoting Emerald Ecovations' product lines, providing expertise on sustainability solutions, managing client accounts, and preparing performance and sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills: Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage and maintain client accounts
- Product Knowledge and Presentation skills: Capable of articulating product features and sustainability benefits to clients
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills: Ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales process
- Must have 3-5 years experience in foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Entrepreneurial mindsite to start and grow a sales territory
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Northeast.
