Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinating insurance claims and billing
- Assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring smooth office operations and a positive guest experience
- Supporting the dental team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
