Emerald Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent who can produce out-of-the-ground work and renovations. - Know how to read drawings and specifications, submittals
- Understand how to motivate subcontractors
- Keep a safe job site
- Keep construction on schedule
- Keep job site organized and clean
- Understand how to work with Architects and Owners
- Understand project budget
- Work closely with PM as a team member
- Work to produce a quality project with few change orders
- Work with a sense of urgency; be proactive
- Prior use of Procore software a plus!

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
