Position Overview
The Store Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily retail operations. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing sales and trades, maintaining inventory, and helping facilitate in-store gaming events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Process sales, trades, and buy-backs accurately
- Receive, price, stock, and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Support tournaments and community gaming events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with video games and trading card games strongly desired
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
