What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Agent position at Emerald Coast Title Services?
Review loan file to ensure all conditions of loan approval have been met and signed off by underwriter.
Prepare the loan closing package to meet the requested/required closing date.
Determine the required legal documents and completes the loan closing instructions.
Review loan closing package for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery to title agent.
Review disclosures for accuracy and APR tolerance.
Review Closing Disclosure (CD) for accuracy, tolerance cures and coordinates with title agent.
Ensure all at closing conditions and prior to funding conditions are met.
Review executed closing package for accuracy prior to releasing loan funds.
Accurately and completely prepares documents for Post-Closing.
Candidate must have strong ties to the 30a community.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
