The Senior Transition Associate works directly with seniors and their families to organize, declutter, downsize, pack, unpack, and prepare homes for sale or transition. Every day is different, and every project provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

This is a physically active position requiring compassion, attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.

• Help seniors sort belongings with patience and compassion
• Assist clients in deciding what to keep, donate, gift, sell, or discard
• Organize closets, kitchens, garages, bedrooms, and storage areas
• Reduce fall hazards and improve home safety
• Create organized, functional living spaces

• Carefully wrap and pack household belongings
• Label boxes accurately
• Protect fragile and valuable items
• Assist with unpacking and complete room setup
• Make new homes feel familiar and comfortable

• Be present during moves
• Coordinate with professional movers
• Ensure furniture placement matches the floor plan
• Help reduce stress for clients and families
• Solve problems as they arise

• Prepare homes for in-person and online estate sales
• Organize sale items
• Assist with pricing and staging
• Load donation items
• Help clear homes after a move

• Remove clutter and trip hazards
• Improve organization for safer daily living
• Rearrange furniture for better accessibility
• Help seniors remain safely in their homes whenever possible

Applicants must be able to:

• Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Bend, kneel, squat, climb step stools, and reach overhead
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Pack boxes throughout the day
• Move furniture within rooms (with assistance when needed)
• Load donations into vehicles
• Work in garages, attics, and storage rooms

• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work in Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Bay Counties
• Professional appearance
• Closed-toe shoes required
