What You’ll Do
- Stripping & waxing hard floors (VCT and similar).
- Carpet cleaning (extraction/bonnet, spot treatment).
- Scrub‑outs and post-construction/detail cleans.
- Safely lift/move up to 50 lbs. and operate floor care equipment (auto‑scrubbers, buffers, burnishers).
- Follow safety, quality, and security standards for commercial sites.
What You Bring
- Experience with stripping & waxing, carpet cleaning, and scrub‑outs (required).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
- Proven reliability for night work and a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable working solo and with a team; strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Prior commercial cleaning/floor care in medical, education, or retail environments.
- Familiarity with chemical dilution systems and PPE best practices.
