Role Description
The Director of Product Development and Quality Systems will lead product innovation and oversee quality assurance strategies to meet the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities include managing the development of new products, directing research and development (R&D) initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, maintain product integrity, and drive continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dalton, GA, requiring collaborative leadership and a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
