Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including budgeting and regulatory compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain thorough documentation related to health regulation policies and operational procedures while ensuring adherence to long-term care regulations.
- Cultivate relationships with residents’ families to promote transparency and trust while addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulations pertaining to nursing home administration and home & community care standards.
Skills
- Nursing home administration expertise.
- Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience in long-term care
- Understanding of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care strategies, and resident-centered approaches.
- Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and healthcare financial management.
- Experience in operational management skills including budgeting, staffing optimization, and resource allocation.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining high-quality resident care standards.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and engage with residents’ families confidently.
