Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and respectful in-home care tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to Medicaid waiver guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare teams.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence within their home environment.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in caregiving or home support services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate nature.
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid background check clearance.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to clients' varying needs.
