We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing process improvement.
- Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchasing to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Manage demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control using advanced ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
- Utilize supply chain analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead logistics operations to optimize transportation routes, warehouse management, and distribution processes for timely delivery and reduced lead times.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions using tools such as Kaizen or MRP systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, finance, and IT teams to enhance overall supply chain responsiveness and agility.
Qualifications
- 3 years in previous supply chain management.
- BA or BFA degree required.
- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with demand planning tools like MRP systems and production planning processes.
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop strategic solutions.
