Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including stamping presses and press brake machines, to manufacture parts as per engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
- Utilize NX software and SolidWorks for programming and design adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery operation, including logic controllers and Fanuc systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
- Familiarity with CAD software, SolidWorks, and other design tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating stamping presses, press brake machines, and logic controllers is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
