We are looking for someone with prior retail experience, strong sales skills and an outgoing, energetic, upbeat presence with outstanding people skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Shine as a top-tier salesperson, connecting with customers in a way that feels effortless, genuine, and engaging.
- Deliver standout service by blending warmth and professionalism, backed by strong communication skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Make every shopper feel seen, appreciated, and glad they stopped in—greet them when they arrive, thank them when they leave.
- Handle sales at the register with accuracy and care, every item rung up correctly and wrapping every purchase with care and attention.
- Receive, organize, and manage both new and existing inventory.
- Provide outstanding customer support in-store, by phone, and email.
- Oversee online orders: packaging and shipping all orders in a timely manner.
- Keep the storefront clean, tidy, and welcoming (including dusting, vacuuming, and general upkeep).
- Collaborate closely with the owners and team to refine operations, boost efficiency, and grow sales.

Requirements:
- Prior retail experience (3 years).
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Organized and efficient.
