A PBX Operator promptly and efficiently answers incoming calls on the hotel switchboard regarding reservations, hotel information, or guest concerns while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. This person takes great satisfaction in making guests happy and communicates clearly and accurately with other departments to ensure that guest requests or problems are resolved.

- Operate the hotel’s communication systems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Follow up and follow through in resolving guests concerns and/or requests courteously and accurately -Responds to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
- Answer all incoming calls promptly in the prescribed manner
- Follows through in resolving guest problems and/or requests courteously and accurately
- Attentive and approachable personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
