Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Maintain the merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stocking, inventory counts, and replenishing merchandise
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred in similar environments (Not required will offer training)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures prefered
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills essential for creating positive interactions
