Duties
- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

- Handle cash handling duties including cash drawer management, retail math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer interaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support store operations by supervising team members during busy periods and assisting with training new staff on cashiering procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and perform retail math accurately.
