Your Role
As Production Controller, you will act as the financial partner for Electronics production sites in the US, collaborating closely with site leadership to enhance financial efficiency and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will serve as the primary contact for finance topics, supporting and coaching the site team on financials and KPIs while guiding them through financial management processes in collaboration with local finance and shared service organizations.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing month-end closing, monitoring financial data related to manufacturing processes, product costing, and variance analysis, while delivering actionable insights to site management in alignment with corporate standards. You will implement digital solutions to enhance financial performance and operational leverage, partnering with the site director to identify and execute initiatives that help achieve and exceed financial targets. Additionally, you will support CAPEX initiatives to address ongoing business needs and ensure agility in managing changing manufacturing volumes.
In this role, you will shape the financial cost structure of the sites to prepare for future growth and fluctuations in demand, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions focused on financial performance. You will also evaluate and advise on key investment decisions that support the long-term product portfolio and supply network strategy, while maintaining controls on plant processes and actively participating in business planning activities to develop forecasts and performance metrics.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, controlling, engineering, operations or similar.
- 5 years of work experience in Controlling with a relevant background in Manufacturing/Production Controlling/Finance
- 5 years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing industry preferably with direct plant support. Operation controlling experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in communicating with different levels of hierarchies combined with excellent English skills.
- Strong in analytical thinking, financial problem solving with a high sense of urgency.
- Mindset on continuous improvement and driving financial efficiency in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Curious about future technologies & experienced in managing large datasets and related digital processes.
- SAP experience, specifically CO SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP system.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and Group accounting policies and practices, and application of such standards.
- Strong tactical and analytics skills
- Experience working in a multi-national environment is a plus.
