Your Role
As the Global Head of Finance for Thin Films, you will lead the finance function for our >€0.9B FM business within the Electronics segment. In this critical leadership position, you will act as a financial steward and strategic advisor, guiding the Thin Films team through transformation and growth. You will have full P&L responsibility, drive financial performance management, and lead a team of finance professionals in a global, matrixed environment.

Pay range for this position: $174,500.00 - $261,700.00
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Your Role
As the Global Head of Finance for Thin Films, you will lead the finance function for our >€0.9B FM business within the Electronics segment. You will have full P&L responsibility, drive financial performance management, and lead a team of finance professionals in a global, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Acting as a trusted financial advisor to the Thin Films Business Head, delivering insights to support growth and strategic decision-making.
- Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes across global operations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results and KPIs, while owning the full P&L for the Thin Films business.
- Coordinating with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment across operations and corporate functions.
- Overseeing cost center controlling, product costing, investment tracking, and margin management.
- Supporting working capital optimization and capital investment decisions.
- Providing customer bidding and LTA Management and pricing decisions
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and championing digital transformation.
- Mentoring and developing a high-performance finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Supporting strategic projects with rigorous financial modeling and serving as the finance lead for integration or divestiture projects.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate finance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Part of Business Unit Finance leadership team incl. developing initiatives across Electronics Finance, harmonize and standardize reporting and planning processes across Electronics Finance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of directly related experience
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, performance management, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the Electronics industry.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in finance.
